Easy communication to book a time slot and find a day that worked best. I was given a 2 hour window that they would arrive. I was sent reminder text messages before the day and on the day, I was called to confirm that the technician would arrive within the next 20 minutes. It only took the technician a couple of minutes to check my alarm, and off they went! Quick, easy and on time.

Trying to make appointments to service smoke alarms with the general public at their homes must be a very difficult task.I was impressed with the systems that Detector Inspector used to communicate with me. They made it easy for me to change my appointment time on-line. I did not have to hang around waiting for a call centre to answer.The technician turned up on time, and the on-site inspection and servicing of the smoke alarms took 10 minutes.I'd recommend their services.

In addition to inspecting the alarm, the specialist was kind enough to change the ceiling light bulb using long ladder, which we could not change by ourselves.It was very helpful.
