Aqua Vista Glass

Needed to replace our wire balustrade with glass urgently as my 2 year old was climbing the wires. I got 3 quotes but chose Aqua Vista as they seemed more professional, filled me with confidence and were still a bit cheaper than the others.Matt from Aqua Vista came the morning after my inquiry for a measure and sent a detailed and professional quote within two days.The glass had to be custom made but the work was done within two weeks of our commitment.The tradesmen were polite, professional and did a great job, very efficiently. Couldn’t ask for better service and we love our new balustrade!Thank you Matt, Jo, Natasha and the rest of the team!

AVG were professional and very well presented. Matt was patient and happy to change location of gate and fence multiple times during the initial measure period. The installation guys were very courteous and efficient. Overall very happy with the service and the end result. That you can also get the glass pre- treated with EnduroShield from the factory is a big bonus.

I requested a quote in early December. Matt was quick to respond and promised installation before Christmas. Unfortunately there were some issues with an external supplier (out of Matt's control) which meant that half the installation was done before Christmas and then completed as soon as Aqua Vista re-opened in January.The quality of the product is excellent as are the installers. They were prompt, friendly and left no mess whatsoever in a relatively confined area. A pleasure to work with.I can highly recommend Aqua Vista Glass.

We decided to renovate our pool, entertainment and other outdoor area during the latter part of 2019. This included spraycreteing the existing concrete in the area, changing the design and colour, having floor to ceiling mesh blinds installed, artificial grass to a third adjoining area as well.We then also decided to remove the aluminium pool fence and have glass instead.At first we contacted a local supplier and installer ...he didn't even return our call.We asked the person (Mark) who was doing the upgrade to the concrete, if he knew anybody, and he recommended AVG. We contacted AVG, and they came and measured and supplied us with a quote. The quote was excellent and with that we didn't even bother getting other quotes, and we booked the job.Mark needed the holes putting in before he could do his work, and this was no problem. AVG came and put the holes in and waited for us to contact them for a date that they could install the glass fence.Installation wasn't a problem, but there was a small problem with one of the panels, AVG came and changed it without hesitation.Personally, i've been an engineer for over 45 years, and when a product looks this good and is fitted correctly, it just makes you feel good.Denise and I have no problems in recommending AVG. They do what they promise....a nice thing in this day and age.

We have used Aqua Vista for a brand new installation and more recently for changes required for certification. They went out of their way to make things happen for us. Friendly, reliable and super capable. Highly recommend.

I can’t rate Aqua Vista glass highly enough. I had 5 different companies come to measure and quote for a pool fence. Aqua Vista were the only ones I was able to get to speak with on my first call. They always answered the phone and I never had to leave messages.I received the quote from Aqua Vista on the day they came to measure. Two of the others took around 4 to 5 days....I’m still waiting on the remaining two!Aqua Vista were the least expensive of the three quotes I received. They always turned up on the days they said they were going too and their arrival was preceded by a call the day before checking everything was still ok for the next step.Their workmanship was excellent and their service very professional. We’re now enjoying swimming daily. I’d 100% recommend Aqua Vista Glass....P.s. They did a bit of Aluminium fencing for us as well. They’re not just glass.

BALUSTRADE REPLACEMENT – NEW AVG SPIGOT SYSTEMWe replaced our existing glass balustrades with ones from AVG in June 2021. As part of the demolition & pre-work inspection process we noted that the existing spigots had been leaking and caused some rot in the sub structure which we had to repair. This looked to be caused by the fixing screws making a hole in the waterproof membrane and water running down the spigot over time. AVG proposed using their newly developed spigot & baseplate system to address any future issue. The baseplate is fully under the waterproof membrane and no screws are needed once the baseplate is installed & waterproofed. We were highly impressed with the design logic and the integrity that this approach gives us from stopping water enter the sub structure. The installation team was very professional and accommodating through the install process and did a great job explaining the system and the benefits over what we were replacing. We also added resin to the level of the tiles to fully seal the baseplate in as an extra level of protection from water ingress. We would highly recommend anyone concerned with water ingress to go with AVG and to have them explain this in detail or to show you photo’s of the installed system. Aside from a great solution their product & service is excellent.
