HUGE thank you to Medispecs Camden for going above and beyond for my 96 year old Mother in law today! Her only past time is reading and she was more than upset when her frames broke (not a good thing at the best of times - even worse in lockdown). Medispecs saved the day by adjusting and fitting her lenses into replacement frames in under 2 hours! Thank you!

BEST customer service I have ever had at an optometrist before. I've been using lenses for almost 40 years and today I walked into their store for the very first time with no booking as I had a stuck contact in my eye and they saw me straight away - not only got the very painful lens out after the hospital couldn't, but looked after me so well! Could not rate them high enough!! I've just found my new optometrist! Give them a go!

This was my first visit to Medispecs Camden and the service was FANTASTIC! I wanted to keep it local and really appreciated them fitting me in at short notice. John was exceptional - he was very thorough and explained everything so well. The staff are professional and caring and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be going back to Medispecs for my annual eye examination. Highly recommended.

Best optometrist in the area. Brett is always extremely helpful. John is highly attentive and proactive with suggestions and treatment options, always striving to do his very best to help with my dry eye condition. Seriously 11/10 service! I couldn’t be happier, thank you.

Awesome service !! Called up today as I had a piece of bark lodge in my eye from gardening. They put me in straight away. Phil the optometrist was excellent, sorted my eye issue out, he was very professional and very gentle. Will definitely be going back.

Medispecs Camden provide service above & beyond what you expect. I picked up my specs that were in for repair & found not only had arm been replaced but the frames were refurbished to a standard that made them look like new. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.Thank you very much.

Just purchased a new pair of Tiffany glasses , Brett and the team are Absolutely wonderful I have received so many compliments on my new glasses . I can’t thank medi specs enough . Also Brett went above and beyond to look after me, something I have never experienced at an optometrist, I have worn glasses for years and had been a loyal customer somewhere else till I moved suburbs and had never received this level of customer service . I will continue to come back here and I truly couldn’t recommend Brett And his team more. Thank you soMuch!
