Custom Service & Maintenance
Had both my units serviced when I moved into my new house and could not fault the entire process. Office was prompt and efficient in their response and the gentlemen who came to my house were respectful, clean and thorough. They cleaned my filters and gave everything a checkover. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting a service or just a general maintenance. Thank you guys.

I’m super happy with the service I received from this company. I contacted them as my elderly parents split system was not working properly on a hot day and they were suffering. They came out within a few hours and turns out the filters were very heavily blocked and so air flow wasn’t coming out. Reasonably priced but more importantly they are quick and efficient.Extremely happy.

Custom Service & Maintenance
We contacted Custom Service and Maintenance after searching for installers in the bayside area after our old ducted system broke down and was going to cost more to fix than replace. I wanted a few quotes and Custom responded right away as opposed to other companies, most who never responded or did up to one week later. Custom organised a time to attend so they could quote, and got the quote to me that same day. I approved the quote then and there given their quick communication and response time. The installation itself was booked in promptly and was clean and efficient. The new system looks and works great and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. The technicians were a pleasure to be around. Thanks again guys.
