Hmmm. Website promised a response to initial enquiry within 30 minutes it took 24 hours, alarm bells should have sounded then. Jordan, when he called, was welcoming and promised a technician between 9am and 11am on Wednesday. No one showed. I took the morning off from my busy work schedule and was cranky. When I called to follow up, I was assured a technician will arrive at 4pm the next day. My partner waited at home, and at 630pm technician showed up. Apparently fixed - the hose and bearings were replaced. Running a cycle that night our washer sounded worse than it had before it started flooding. Fast forward to Sunday. 4 loads behind and I put on the first cycle of laundry. Flooding through my bathroom and laundry onto the hallway carpet worse than before. Not even worth calling back because of the screw around wasting time. $180 less rich + we purchased a new washing machine.

David was great, he was able to attend my house in under a couple of hours and was very honest. While he initially thought it was an issue with the pump, he checked everything thoroughly and worked out the motor and bearings were an issue too. He gave me advice not to waste money on repairs and to get a new machine. My machine was quite old anyway and I really appreciated David's honestly and not just taking my money and having issues again in a few months time. Highly recommended.

I was disappointed with inexperience of this business.My Bosch dishwasher was not filling up with water and instead squirting water out from the side. 'Roy' said he fixes these things all the time and came over to fix the problem. It became evident by his repetitive poking and prodding at the hoses that he didn't seem to know what he's doing with dishwashers or with this particular model. After 45 minutes of taking random parts off the machine and putting back on. He then said he'll have to investigate the problem and get back to me. 3 days passed and I left a message for an update. 5 days passed I called and was told I'd get a call back. 7 days passed I called and finally got hold of Roy. He was surprised I was still waiting on him after this time which was concerning. Clearly he didn't investigate anything however was glad to have taken money and not comeback to finish service. I wasn't confident with his ability therefore I called Bosch Service and problem was identified over the phone. You may pay extra for Bosch Service however you save more in the long run.

Similar terrible experience as other reviewers. The repair was done but it didn't fix the issue. Repeated calls were ignored and mutiple times was told they are coming but never turned up. I paid 188 dollars for the call out which was about 10 mins of shaking a few plumbing connections and told everything was good. I had to finally a new washing machine in the end. This seems to be their operating pattern fleecing people of their hard earned money. Was really frustrating experience so please stay away from these guys. This is a crook operator operating as multiple businesses

My washing machine broke the other day, so I called Mr Washing Machine to have a technician have look at it. The technician was friendly and helpful. Sadly my machine was completely broken and not worth repairing. Because the technician only brought bad news, he offered me a $74 discount if I buy a new machine from Mr Washing Machine. I was excited about this, since they have great deals (10 year warranty, installation by technicians etc).That said, there are points for improvement: I called yesterday and left a message to the sales department. I still have not heard from them. I called ten times today, and it kept going to the answering machine. Realising that I probably will not get a hold of someone under the sales number, I tried calling the number for repairs, where I got to tell a friendly staff person my interest in purchasing a washing machine. I just wanted to know how long it would take to deliver. But, four hours later, I still have not heard from them. Surely it does not take this long to find out whether a machine is in stock and how long it would take to deliver.Mr Washing Machine needs to work on their communication with customers and sales department. If they can manage to be quick in communicating, this business would receive more stars from me.EDIT: It has been over a week now and I never got a call back. Changed from three starts to two.

Despite booking for a particular time, came 3 hours late. And when he did finally come, did not bring any parts to repair the washing machine.Of course, still charged the $145 call out fee and then wanted to come out again to repair the issue.These guys are a scam!The part I needed replaced is low cost and the most common part to be replaced and should only take 10 minutes to replace.Do not use them under any circumstance

Avoid these cowboys, they do not communicate with each other - there seems to be just 2 of them, Jordan and Afir. Initial callout seemed (at $148) all fine and professional, and me agreeing to a repair @$550 they took out $200 from my account as a deposit as agreed by me.They promised to phone me when the part was in - I had to chase them up many times. After a week of no action, them saying they were going to come get my machine, they kept not coming or calling. I got fed up waiting for them to call and pick up the machine.Distrust started to creep in - I was unable to get a refund when I decided they were shonky trying cancelled the repair job. On checking their credit rating I found their ABN was cancelled in August 2017 and other poor reviews on the credit rating website. I have lost $200 but I felt I had to cancel the repair as I so totally distrust them that I would be wondering if they would even bring back my machine once to take to their workshop. They had my Visa debit card number so I had to cancel my Visa debit card (an additional hassle). So this is what I get for trying to be environmentally aware and trying to save on landfill by repairing, not replacing, my machine.

I've had similar problems to recent reviewers. I organised a dishwasher repair visit on 16 December, was told I needed a part which was supposedly ordered. Weeks went by and I was strung along by a dishonest front man who answers the phone saying there had been delays in delivery due to the Christmas period. By endJanuary - same story, same excuses. So I ordered the part directly - and it arrived in 3 days. I understand dodgy skills in tradies, but can't tolerate the lack of honesty by this firm. Beware, stay away at all costs.

Do not use!!I have had a horrific experience with them..A technician came out and after 5 minutes assessed the machine as needing $300 in parts and 2 x hours labour and wanted to leave there and then and charge me $148.So that it should take less time, should I go down the repair path, I asked that the technician spend the rest of the hour that I'd paid for diassembling the machine so that it would take less time to finish the job once the parts arrived.I then did an independent search for the parts which I found for $200 and, before ordering them, called Mr. Washing Machine representative and she confirmed the parts needed and that it would take 2 x hours to complete. On the strength on this quote I decided to fix the machine and ordered the parts. When they arrived I called Mr. Washing Machine to book them to come and complete the job. Another representative told me that it would take 5 + hours and that the woman that I had spoken to had been fired for giving misleading / inaccurate information. I tried to negotiate to meet in the middle of the original quote and new estimate which they refused and I then had about 6 weeks of run around, not being able to get through. I wrote to the manager who didn't respond and when I followed it up with a call Jordan was aggressive, wouldn't let me finish a sentence or get a word in, told me that the job would take 10 hours to fix and that he couldn't guarantee if it could even be done in that time. The worst customer service experience that I have ever encountered. I called Consumer Affairs but it would take from 3-6 months to get a hearing at VCAT. After already not having a functioning washing machine for many months this is not a useful path to pursue. I don't think that it's right that this company should be able to get away with routinely treating customers in this way and hope that the ACCC, Consumer Affairs, the police or someone be able to hold them to account. The best thing to do is to simply avoid them at all costs.
