Went in today to collect my lotto winnings, a whole $8, only to be given a very filthy look by the owner. I asked her is something wrong, only for her to shake her head at me. I have received rude service on and off over the years by her, but this time I will never go in there again. Have supported this shop for many years as I grew up in the area. Not any more though!

Turned up to get my paper and asked for the collecter coin" was told "sorry sold out"Whilst sitting in my car right out the front the next 2 people walked out with both the paper and the coin !!!!Not once was i asked can they put one aside each day or anything ... Obviously they look after there mates only ..Ive been usuing this news agency since ive lived here ... Very disappointed and THEY Have LOST my BUSINESS.. And i will be letting friends of mine know also ...Very very poor customer service will not recommend this news agency to anyone ."

Very helpful and friendly owner. Limited range of magazines in stock but the owner took the time to ensure that the specific edition I was seeking was available and ordered it in for me. However, they sent me a text message to say my magazine had arrived when it had not. My magazine was folded and creased, not flat or rolled, which irked me as I was hoping to add it to a collection. Please be aware that this business is NOT wheel chair accessible. Some of the staff that work there do not have very good people skills and it is hit and miss who is on.

Wrong opening hours, not at all helpful, wasted half a day (so far) trying to pick up a package. Will never use TNT again due to this Newsagent.
