Seed People Consulting

I recently completed 2 days offsite training with Seed, this followed an extensive bunch of one on one session that I learned a great deal about myself and how to alter the way I interact with my team as a manager. The seed consulting team are extremely proactive and supportive.I have learned so much and I feel it has given me the tools to become a better leader and create a better culture within my organistation.

Over the last two years Stacey and the Seed People Consulting team have been essential to the Compassion Australia team in so many ways. They have been part of bringing unity and wonder work practices to our team, they have helped us shape our cultural values, they have worked on frameworks for Workforce Planning, Rem Structures and many other projects.In their work they bring clarity, experience and always some fun. Atwea College recently engaged Seed Consulting to undertake a project looking at our organisation structure, management and leadership. The project was completed on time, to an extremely high quality and most importantly was totally tailor made to our organisations requirements. Seed staff always take the time to listen and advise so you get the right information. The fact they are a smaller tight knit team means even if you end up with someone who can’t give you an exact answer there and then they will be able to get the information from the right person in a timely manner mitigating what at times can be an anxious period. 10/10!
