I do like shopping there. It's not always easy to find staff to help locate certain items. I like the layout and I always find something new to try.

The prepared foods section at this grocery store offers delicious and convenient meal options.

The store has a great selection of organic and locally sourced products, promoting a healthier lifestyle.

Good quality, to choose from, but don't like staff at the checkouts always queues

Just came to this store to spend over $1500 on gift cards for Christmas. Got to the counter and was rudely told ‘No you can’t buy that many gift Cards you can only buy 5’. Nicely asked why and explained I was buying them for my work colleagues and I needed 30. Woman started screaming for who I’m assuming was her manager Ryan. He also said I can only buy 5 at a time because of ‘scams’ and was quite aggressive when I was just asking how I could go about purchasing the cards. Calmly asked ‘what if I buy 5 and come back and buy another 5 and so on’. Was told I’d be turned away. Unsure what the exact time frame this nonsensical rule would allow me to come back and buy more cards but they were so rude I just left and went to Woolworths. They were incredibly helpful and although they had a rule where I could only buy 10 at a time, allowed me to do three different transactions. Would strongly suggest in the future just being nice and helpful rather than making your customer feel stupid for asking questions about a rule that doesn’t make sense and especially if they’re trying to spend a lot of money.

Coles is the best my most favourite shopping point ever in Australia. They have the best prices if you compare to any other stores here. Love to visit Coles every day…Thank you.

Next time you're at the deli section, keep an eye out for Bum Scratcher. Last seen with his hand down the back of his pants. I wonder what he introduced that hand to next.

On Wednesday Ai witnessed shocking behaviour from a male worker from the office- he was speaking so rudely to this lady that forgot her butter when leaving. He talked down to her, told her not his fault she didn't know how to use the registers, called her a liar, she had a receipt.. he called her a Bogan... this place is rude.. he really upset the lady and didn't give her her butter. If someone spoke to my mum like that.. I would be furious.
