82 dollars on uber for 2 Bondi meals and 6 sauces. Forgot the sauce and was asked so what's your problem" was then told its not their problem i need to ask uber for a refund. Its not about the money. It's the principal. If you can't deliver a proper service then dont provide it."

The chicken was not cooked properly at all I asked them about it and said is that how it is supposed to look as it usually is more well cooked and the girl said of course it's cooked" I have had an upset stomach for over a week and I'm sure it comes from that chicken as I usually don't feel this terrible

Ordered 2 wraps, no labelling on the outside so jad to ipen the wrap to see which was which order, ingredients missing, when re-wrapped and returned to us the bread was torn, definitely wont be returning to that store.

i usually order from here a lot, and the food and customer service is great! however today, i ordered a pulled chicken bowl for pick up from uber eats, the girls were really sweet. however with the food, i felt several uncomfortable and harsh spikes while i was chewing - i almost choked a couple of times. i’m 100% sure it’s coming from the pulled chicken because i had to pull out a bunch of them. it just made me feel unpleasant and turned off for the first time after ordering from this place for a while.i’ve ordered a pulled chicken bowl from another oportos store but for some reason i didn’t have this same issue at all.other than that, i really liked it!

I have bought a half chicken with two sides everything was just thrown CARELESSLY into the cardboard box and the sauce was missing. It wasn't even busy there were no other people ordering food. The girls were busy chatting at the back. Just show little more pride in the work you do.

Just bought 2 Bondi burgers and 2 wraps for the kids…. Bread was so dry/old little lettuce,, no taste.. could not eat , waste of 33 dollars- where are the standards??? This is not Oporto - owner needs to manger… how do I get a refund

Rubbish service! Owner/manager too busy chatting in the back with her workers gossiping. 15 min to make a salad. Asked for a refund and not even a sincere apology. Just gave me my money back like it was nothing to her. Absolutely disgusting service. Focus more on customer service than on chatting and maybe your reviews might improve. DISCUSTING!!! Avoid this place like a plague. Don’t give them your money.

I ordered chicken tenders for my kids, I came home the chicken tenders are burnt! My kids couldn’t even eat it, it was awful! And they knew it was burnt because the cups of chips were all out on top of them so I don’t see them while I’m there. It’s disgusting
