We’d like to say thank you very much to Joseph Lee. He is a very skilled, kind, helpful person. He’d helped us purchase 2 cars, he is listening and ready to help with any uncertainties! We trust his helping! We’ll come back when we need his help again.

I understand screening but when done aggressively from the first phone call I'm not inclined to continue with any potential purchase that may have resulted.

This Company is one massive gamble that they can sell allot of high end Cars very fast (no pun intended). And, you as the shareholder is paying for their risk. The Autosports Group has a major issue with their short term debt commitments.Unless you have an appetite for risk, I'd keep well away from this highly leveraged Company!Disregard the analysts (plugging numbers into models) this business carries little diversification, and is exposed to too many trouble points.Having looked at their balance sheets, over 2 periods, they're carrying way too much debt:1. Their dramatic INCREASE IN SHORT TERM DEBT TO $369 Million -----> FROM $225 Million over the previous fiscal period.2. Short term assets - comprising of total (accounts receivable ($70.266Mn) + cash in bank ($14.903Mn)) of $80.87Mnrepresents a fraction (only 22%) of their short term liabilities.3. Most of the value is in inventory $256Mn.Which basically means they need to sell allot of cars, quickly, to pay their interest bills.Remember, luxury cars are a discretionary item!!!4. They have valued the net goodwill (value of their brand) at $482Mn – up from $25.7Mn, in the previous fiscal period. This is very perplexingThus, is absolutely ridiculous, as the bulk of this companies' total assets, is represented in their brand. This is absolutely no substance here! This isn't Coca Cola, or Apple!!!And asThey value their brand, at almost double their inventory.Don’t invest what you don’t mind loosing.Their business model reminds me of ABC Learning: debt & acquisition.

Gained a job at their Audi Sutherland dealership, was told a day and a half into starting the job the pay was 35k less than I agreed to. The people I met seemed nice but were VERY misleading on the financial side of things.

After reading my sales agreement it's brought to my attention that the sales documents for my car were deliberately altered from the agreement during sale. I had negotiated a trade in value on my previous BMW which was agreed at $25,000. However, on the sales document they have put the trade in value of my care at $10,000 and lowed the overall price of the new car being purchased by $15,000 which has essentially defrauded me out of the assets I had put towards this new vehicle and if I was to seek a refund I would be financially worse off. This is an incredibly unethical, misleading and I'm assuming illegal business practice? I feel extremely violated by BMW after not only the incredibly glacial pace taken to repair my vehicle but deliberately misleading me into signing a document that was altered to put me in a financially worse position when issues such as this arise, they also changed the vehicle to used instead of dealer demonstrator, I have screenshots of the listed vehicle with the price and stipulating that it was a BMW certified demonstrator model.

DONT BUY a car from this group because the trained sales will fool you with a fake quote from snoop web app and pretend to provide you a big discount. In the end, the discounted price is more expensive than the factory RRP. Then they turn to an bad/arrogant attitude and state that they are legally allowed to charge higher price and it is consistent for every car they sell and every customer they look after.Just visit a few more local dealers to compare the price then you will know.

It seems the apple doesn’t fall far for these guys. Their Audi dealership in Parramatta behave like absolute crooks with no integrity from their owner auto sports group to recognise service or appreciate honest and fair trading. Stay clear of any of their dealerships as you are highly unlikely to get what you paid for.

Made an enquiry to have my Honda repaired here on 29/8/18. Never heard back from anyone from service department & today is 27/9/18. Rubbish customer service. Would not recommend to anyone! Here I am offering them my business to them & not even getting a call or a simple email from the assigned people??Take your car elsewhere ,where they will actually communicate with you.Don't waste your time here.
