Brad and the Australian building group (ABC) did an excellent job on the repairs of my property. They were extremely professional, prompt and got the whole job done in two days. I can highly recommend this company AAA+

Almost ran off the road by an abcg car. Seems their staff have serious impairments when it comes to taking risks with other people's safety and would strongly implore you to not support this business. How dumb must the staff be to drive that dangerously in a company car and it only speaks to poor time management and a rotten culture towards safety.

I first encountered ABC group in 2011 when they undertook a major renovation on my home. The experience and workmanship was exceptional. Needless to say I was very pleased to hear those three letters (A B C) from my insurer after recently lodging a claim where substantial damage had been caused to the same building. They again delivered above expectations. They made the process as easy as it possibly could have been given the circumstances. I can't recommend them highly enough!

One star is 2 stars too many!I had a terrible experience with this company selected by my insurer after my house was devastated in the floods last year. They left my work incomplete, dangerous and defective. The quality of their work was extremely poor and it was evident that they didn't put in much effort to get the job done right.When I tried to communicate my concerns to them, they were unresponsive and unprofessional and simply walked away. They didn't take any responsibility for their shoddy work and refused to make things right even with their lifetime warranty.I would strongly advise anyone looking for a reliable builder to steer well clear of this one. Their work is subpar, and their customer service is non-existent. Their poor attitude is rife from the top down. Save yourself the hassle and find a builder who takes pride in their work and cares about their customers.I would seriously question any of the 5-star reviews on this site but focus on the 1 star ones - you know they are genuine! No doubt several positive reviews will follow this one.This company will not survive the test of time so be careful entering into a contract with them.QBCC have been advised - watch this space.

DO NOT USE THEM.Water damage to ceilingFind another company to do any work on your house. No care taken. Wanted to get in and out as quick as possible. Scope of Works was ignored. Did their own thing. Absolutely shocking. The paint job done was very poor. Left holes/cracks still in the ceiling, wrinkling paint, and used a different paint colour. Just peeled off flaking paint and painted over. No sanding etc. Gapping in-between VJ’s was lumpy and rough. They claimed it was completed to the highest professional standard. Painters didn’t even bring ladders!!! Shows how professional they are. DO NOT USE THEM

If I could give zero stars I would. If you ever have an insurance claim and your insurer outsources the work to these guys, demand someone else does it.Awful experience from day one, terrible communication, no one answers the phone or replies to messages, dodgy workmanship that needed re-doing, trades not turning up and we've been waiting 6 weeks for a refund after following up multiple times.How these guys have such good reviews is beyond me (no doubt a bunch are fake) as our experience had me wanting to report them to the regulatory authorities.

Roof Replacement, Window Hoods,Window Shutters Replacement,Lounge Room Ceiling repairs and Light Replacement. We were completely satisfied with all work carried out on our property. all tradesmen were of the best quality,all acted with total professionalism. The ABC group were the best company we have ever had dealings with . Mr Greg Ryan was our main man on the job, he was the one we had the most contact with and we were completely satisfied with his attitude, his knowledge, his availability and his advice in any situation.Based on our experience with A B C group,we would happily recommend them, also all the tradesman who worked on our property.Thank You A B C Group,( Kurtis and Greg.mainly)4 D Roofing, Darren Bailey,Painting. We had a terrible time last year with hail coming right through our suburb. ABC were able to quickly review what needed fixing and had it done sooner than we expected. Was a pleasure dealing with ABC.

As a victim of the recent floods I have endured a long and terrible experience with this this company. As a client I was treated with total disrespect if not worse. Thank goodness my insurance company changed to another building company who have been professional, helpful and who responded immediately to my needs with politeness and compassion. Now I can happily progress with them.
