Really poor customer service and the seafood is not fresh at all. Purchased squid twice and both time they were off and ended up in the bin. The server didn’t even bother wrap the plastic bag in a paper like any other shop (and scoffed when I asked) which made mess in my shopping bag. Stay away!

They get live Spanner Crab for 21$, brought few last time, taste 100times better than the frozen/cooked ones from other places, highly recommended.

I Purchased a silver perch from the seafood shop next to Coles, I got charged for a kilo of fish. when I weighed it at home it was only 500g.

I got fish yesterday and it was stale. Was stinking pathetic even after cooking. It was not fresh at all cause fresh fish doesn’t stink after cooking. Don’t buy anything from here not worth.

This shop didn't deserve any positive rating at all! Not even 1!Picked a snapper and saw the price displayed On the scale is $11.99 but the owner charged $16 on the card. I asked again wasn't it $12 he insisted it was 16. Both my partner and and I checked the price so we were sure it was $12. The label they put on the wrapping paper was blank! They print off a blank label from the scale. Very dodgy practice! I will never buy from this place again! Stay away from this dodgy place!

I bought the bitter fish from this shop. And cooked into soup, everything taste bitter and I went back to the shop informed them about it. The sales person told me it’s normal!?!?!?! Don’t go to this fish shop, their fish are not fresh!!!!!
