Despite managing an absolutely abhorrent old apartment in Homebush West, which I had a terrible experience renting for less than a year - I must commend Frank Mcgraswho was really a great managing agent and demonstrated great professionalism. He was considerate and professional. I was particularly impressed by his promptness. I think it's an absolute shame that he has to manage a property that has so many problems.- the agency I would give 0-1 star for allowing to even lease a property in such a state- Frank Macras I would give 5 stars

Frank Macras from Richardson & Wrench Strathfield assisted me with renting my first ever residence in Australia. I was an entirely new migrant to this country and had read mixed reviews about property agents on social media and google which made me apprehensive of dealing with them. However, this perception changed soon after I met Frank. He was always accessible, having polite demeanor and provided clear & concise advise about the property trends in the locality. Even after renting the unit, Frank was always just a call away whenever we needed him for routine maintenance or any other issue with the property. I stayed in the same unit for close to 5 years and one of the reasons for putting up there was Frank being the property manager. Apart from Frank's welcoming personality, I was highly satisfied with R&W Strathfield's process in terms of keeping the tenant promptly and regularly updated with rent payments, access to online receipts and other communication.
