We arranged for Kayne from Reddy Air to provide a quote for us (Carnegie) in November 2020 for an installation of a split con in our study as well as moving the external unit outside from the main bedroom to the roof of our property.We were provided with a quote in a timely manner and proceeded to book in for the full works to be done in December 2020 over two days. We wanted both our units on our roof to maximise ground space outside and even though it was a fiddly job, Kayne was happy to take it on.Kayne and his team were professional from the start to finish and we are very happy with the final result. Reddy Air was thorough at all stages, and the business' transparency along with Kayne's attention to detail and care taken while completing the job was impressive. Kayne from Reddy Air is friendly, professional and diligent. My air con is making some loud noises when I turn the heating on and Kayne came over to find the fault. While it was something that can't be repaired without considerable cost, he was able to provide options to me and identified where the issue was - the compressor.He put in extra time to get to the bottom of the issue even when he could have left earlier.
