I'm extremely unhappy with the service. I had no internet service for the passed 3 weeks. I called the internet support, waited and waited for 30 mins for someone to pick up the phone. I have been told there was something wrong with the modern. They posted out a new one, but still not working. I called back and waited for another 30 mins, they told me there is a problem with my line, they need to charge me $130 call out fee + additional $100 per out for the work. I called TPG, their technician only charged me the standard line connection fee and fixed the problem on the spot. and so far TPG internet speed is so much faster than startelecom. I called startelecom to cancel the service, as long as they hear the cancellation call, the call center people were very rude. i was informed that i had to fill in the cancellation form, they would email to me but i never received it.
