Terrible experience dealing with Angelo, doesn’t listen to what we wanted. Taken our deposit and now is impossible to contact. Not happy at all.

I agree with all the other negative comments. Angelo was terrible to deal with. He had no idea what lot plans belonged to what owner, promised the world to not deliver. We advised bright homes we would only deal with them directly moving forward. So many in the estate have had the same issue with LBD. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Sadly I had the exact same experience as the other review. Angelo was Yes Yes Yes pre deposit and then a night mare after, accused of being a liar and unresponsive to emails and calls. I also didn't get my deposit back. A lot of stress came out of this experienceEdit:Everything I’ve stated is well documented

Angelo is always very quick & helpful, resolving any problem we may have regarding the contract (incorrect lot number, stuff needed for the bank, etc). LBD have gone above & beyond for us. They even found us the land which is due to settle around Christmas.We are very excited to begin building in the new year!

So can you tell me how long it will be before I can see the builders dig the first shovel of soil? Is it another year and a half later? Don't tell me, please call. If the phone works, will I comment here?
