Caravan Fix - Coffs Harbour

The Coffs Harbour team are amazing. We were setting up and power inlet broke. A call to them had them despatching their mobile service to us. Ray arrived and replaced the power inlet. Helped us with a couple of issues. As we headed off, a brake issue we had been trying to sort for ages escalated. They sorted the problem, which no one else had been able to do, and sent us on happily on our way.

We had a problem with our hot water system in our motorhome i called and gave the receptionist the details and model name and number of the instant hot water system she spoke to someone and said yes they could do it for us she said the serviceman would be at our site after lunch she said I had to pay $55 travel cost and cost on arrival time and work carried out Ray arrived at 2.10 pm once he saw the Girard system be said he had never worked on one of these before and he should not have been sent this was a waste of his time and ours I explained we had downloaded a Girard trouble shooting video and eliminated everything except a blockage or water flow valve .Ray said after rechecking everything again that we had he said he could not do anything for us and apologisedfor wasting our time and he left .We then received a invoice charging us for Ray not being able or qualified to repair our hot water system. I honestly feel they sent him knowing this and just took advantage of our situation. Warning to everyone unless they can guarantee their expertise i would not trust them .We have found a very experienced gentleman today that took 15 minutes to discover a blocked hose and fixed in and did not overcharged us he was amazing go to Caravanmart in Wauchope excellent service

After seven other caravan companies up & down the coast knocked me back stating they were too busy, I gave it one last chance with ‘Caravan Fix.’ They were booked out as well, but Patrice offered to try and fix my Van power problem. Between he and James the problem was fixed in 20 minutes. Beyond all expectations! Would thoroughly recommend.

They did the annual service on the van after they repaired the awning ratchet spring. I am unable to recall getting better service from any business in my past. The staff were confident, knowledgeable and courteous. They instilled trust by their service. That is priceless.

Excellent customer service. We had an issue with our Caravan while travelling through Coffs Harbour. 1 of our caravan wheels was getting hot. They fit us in straight away, took care of the issue and had us back on the road in just 3 hours. Not expensive either, thank you Damien and Katherine for being efficient and very professional. Highly recommended

Had an issue with my awning which was very worrying. These guys could not have been more helpful even though they were very busy. They even recommended where to stay overnight so they could fix issue in the morning. 5 stars for sure! Really appreciated your help!

Booked our van in some 4 to 5 weeks ago to have a diesel heater fitted and was told booked out till the end of September which we accepted.4days ago they called and said sorry we are unable to do the job we are only doing insurance claims.

Good range of products and very knowledgeable staff they didn't have exactly what I wanted but directed me where to go and how much I should be paying for the part.
