Absolute garbage phone serviceOn hold for 11 minutes after being told to please wait then answersTransfers me to another place where told lady would assist no help no answer phone rang out 3 times rang again put on hold another 7 minWont bother using their loss not mine

Paid $4 to get in the self service area (Take it off the car yourself) unfortunately didn't have the grille part I needed. The price would've been very good for it if they had had it though.

Big range of cars that are easy to get to and a reasonably clean environment considering. Pricing is fair and bulk buy usually gets better deals.

Great place full of random cars sitting out there, basking in the sun on their last lease of life. Very fun to rock up, bring your own tools and pick what you need, the only criticism would be that it appears most of the cars aren't in the self-serve area, meaning there's a limited range of cars they have ready for you to tear apart. That being said, they're (I believe) the last Self Serve Pick-A-Part I know in NSW, and they're great people, so let's keep this place going and focus on the huge positive!! It's a great place especially for urgent urgent parts, for me - a rubber grommet for my PCV valve.
