I really like this clinic. All the receptionist have been amazing, they are always ready to help even when they get busy. The nurse who gave me my flu shot was so efficient I hadn’t even realised she’d put the needle till she told me she was done! Would definitely recommend coming here, great doctors, nurses and staff!

I followed my GP Doctor (Dr.Hasanthi) when I found she has moved to North Blackburn Square Clinic. Dr.Hasanthi is a fantastic doctor, caring, highly professional and providing information and details for treatment.Great doctor. Highly Recommend

Extremely happy with my Dr at this clinic. However, like many places, it takes up to 2 weeks to get an appointment.The real negative to this clinic is the amount of time they keep you waiting on the phone.First, even if it a quick question you want answered, you have to sit through the same recorded message every time before you can do anything else. Then you have to listen to recorded music for quite some time before your call is answered by a receptionist. This morning it was 15 minutes.I understand that at times it can get extremely busy, but every time I have had to ring of late, the same thing has happened.Not exactly sure why this is occurring on a regular basis.

Dr Lee was very professional and friendly. What surprised me the most is the friendliness of the receptionists here. Glad I found this clinic even it's not bulk billed. Totally worth it!

I have been coming to this clinic with my family for years but I will not return. I rang to get a medical certificate for my employer as I work in a busy major hospital. When I rang to make my appointment I was not told that the clinic had become a mixed billing clinic and that I would have to pay for my Telehealth appointment to get a certificate for work. I had to pay extra because I was unable to get an appointment with my own doctor (she is booked out weeks in advance) and the doctor I did speak with was reluctant to date my certificate correctly when I had rung and could not get an appointment the day. I was told by the GP to get a statutory declaration instead next time. I feel this clinic is now focused on profit rather than flexible and patient centred care. I will be looking for a more family friendly clinic to move to from now on.

I was invited to the consulting room less the 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. I was treated with respect and courtesy. The procedure undertaken was fully explained prior to commencement. The follow up steps were also fully explained. I left the clinic content I had made a excellent choice in the physician I chose.

North Blackburn Square Clinic is hands down, THE best clinic I have been to. All receptionists there are full on with incoming and urgent requests, which includes, handling booking appointments and answering the crazy amount of phone calls every day, yet they seem very passionate when they communicate with the patients. Doctors there are fantastic, and treat their patients so lovingly, everytime I visit the clinic, I'm always excited to see the positive looks on all the employer's faces. The waiting time for both on call and to book an appointment is reasonable as I understand it gets really busy there, however, in contrast to other clinics, which roughly takes 45 minutes of waiting, this clinic takes half or even less for a response which is great service, considering the fact that everyone seems stressed at times. I am really glad I was able to find this clinic, and I am looking forward to visiting again soon!!

I am always happy with this clinic even though I have to wait every time when I am in call and also when I am with the doctors. I have had experiences with other clinics but the waiting time for the call is over 30 minutes without good service. Everytime when I visit this clinic, the receptionists are all busy in call or with patients. I totally understand how stressful the receptionists and doctors when they provide their excellent service to their patients. If I have something urgent, and I can't get the booking here, I would book my back up GP which is even not as good as my doctors in North Blackburn Square Clinic. I think they do really good job.
