Solid Solutions

We have decided to try their product after trying a few others, their price is the best in the market and we were greatly surprised with their customer service. We went down to their store and they were happy to answer all of our questions and showed us their different products. Definitely recommend them.

Ordered on 10th of February and received 3rd of March. No communication regarding delay and no response to my query about the delay. The product came in the end but too late for the purpose that I needed it for so I had to source another resin pack from somewhere else.

Right off the bat, I've found Solid Solutions customer service and technical support to be second to none.I spoke to Tom on a couple of occasions and took his advice on which resin to use, all I can say is, Tom, you're the man.I poured a fairly large piece for a customer and the resin behaved exactly as I was told and I am over the moon with the result.Thanks again Tom, I will be back to see you.

The product and knowledge may be great, but after waiting 2 weeks and product still has not been dispatched it really doesn't matter how good the product or knowledge is, if you can't get the product out the door

Took a month (exactly) to get a simple order sent to us.Even though their products are good, they are too disorganised to deal with. We needed the stuff for school projects, - sending it on the last day of term is pretty useless ! Will go back to online purchases from Ebay - at least they deliver! :-(

Update to review a few days ago. Peter rung and we chatted, very accommodating on how to move forward.Company communication needs to improve, but at least they are willing to live, change and learn.We will try again with them

We will only use Solid Solutions products for our furniture.We have found Peters knowledge and expertise to be impeccable.It’s unlikely you would find another supplier with as much experience as these guys that are willing and keen to share it.They are more than a supplier. They are ‘peace of mind’

I was hoping this service would be a bit more professional in keeping their clients in the loop about their orders. I placed an order on 10 December 2019 and had received the confirmation that they had received the order. The mail time said it would take 2 weeks, I was happy to even wait until after New Year for the shipment as I knew the holiday times in retail are crazy. As this was a gift, I had to go else where in the mean time. I had no contact from Solid Solutions, I've tried calling and emailing them on several occasions. Tried cancelling my order for a full refund, still no contact. Today is 29 January, and I finally received contact - not by Solid Solutions themselves, but by a courier company saying my order had been shipped today. I am extremely displeased with the lack of information, or even the courtesy of replying to customers asking about their orders that haven't been received. It's been two months and now my order is on it's way when I've already found another company to supply me. I wouldn't recommend Solid Solutions purely on their lack of communication even when you try to chase them down.

I bought 607. The order never arrived. Got hold them they sent out a new batch at no charge to their credit.The Part A turned rock solid after 3 months and almost crystalised. To the credit of solid solutions they replaced it free of charge.
