New Floor -Charlie provided exceptional customer service from initial advice and purchase to actual fitting of our new floor by a 3rd party. When I was not completely satisfied with the product supplied after it was laid due to colour variations, he liaised with the manufacturer and the floor fitter to ensure that my expectations were not just met, but exceeded.Charlie went above and beyond mere supply, he made it a priority to ensure that I was totally happy with the new floor and his customer care and service were exemplary. Definitely a business you can trust and rely on to deliver beyond your expectations.
