Usually im a promoter of the Bunnings experience. NOT TODAY. Asked about a product in the toolshop. Handheld vacuum product. You have them on your website. The muppet i asked,laughed and said that brand has.t been on the market for years, he the proceded to ridicule me. NB your wedsite clearly shows the produvt. Some of your staff need not only product but people skill training.

Went in on a Sunday morning, super busy! A lovely young man named Cam, was running around helping everyone he could. Finally when it was our turn, he helped us find what flooring we needed and was genuinely nice and very helpful. Even though he was busy and so many people needed him, he still did everything with a smile on his face.Top tier customer service from Cam!

Dreadful customer help , untrained staff not knowing their job ,Two different staff same day . I had looked up the web site for the products I wanted & watched reliant videos .Neither staff in two different sections had a clue. .Poor.servic..Lost my business.

I want to make a comment about Tracy who is often at the registers in the garden area. I didnt know her name until today, but she is one of my two favourite staff in Buns bundy (yet to find out the name of the dark haired South African accent (?) lady).Both women are without fail - happy, smiling, helpful and just so pleasant. Most of the garden staff are very nice. But there is one very cranky little shorthaired woman who forgot how to smile as she aged. Back to being positive - Tracy & the South African are lovely and true assets to your store.

Good quality of timber, plants, yard work materials and other work related materials. Had to get a tonne of bricks for a driveway and these guys were the cheapest, also have a family member that used to work here. Store is always immaculate and the cleaners there are wonderful ladies with obvious professional talent for their work, I have never seen this store so clean and it all started in 2022.
