A huge Thank You to Roman and your team. After learning that our car urgently needed 2 new tyres and a wheel alignment before we could head off to Adelaide, the car was on the hoist at 7.35am, job completed by 8.15. Were only delayed about 30 mins from normal departure time!Truly 5 star service - Thank you.

If I could minus stars knowing what I know now I would. I've never felt so taken advantage off , all these years I have only taken my car here for all services and repairs. I've now taken my car to a qualified mechanic and I have spark plugs from 2006 installed in my car from factory. They have modified or messed around with my computer and now it's saying my body control module is not operating. Charged me for fluids that have never even put in my car and now I'm left with all the money I've paid for work that's never even been done. And I was loyal!!! Absolutely appalling. Apparently you don't need to be certified in mount Gambier to be a mechanic. I want my money back !!!!

Amazing service, popped in today ( while travelling! ) for some new tyres & wheel alignment. Gave us a great deal and fit us straight in. Even gave us a loan car for a couple of hours so we could look around. Great customer service. I would've given 6* if I could!

Roman and Peter were extra helpful in getting us back on the road to Sydney. With a 14 hour drive ahead of us tomorrow, 5-Jan-23, safety was paramount. They went the ‘extra mile’ to try and source a matching tyre but in the end, recommended that we buy a matching pair for our trip back. We were sorted in no time and felt confident that we were in good hands for a safe 1300km trip back home. Thanks guys.

Came here simply looking for new tyres. Young bloke served us and quite clearly did not want to be there, making uncalled for sarcastic comments. Poor customer service.

First time buying tires since moving to The Mount a couple of years ago, so glad I took my car here. Rocked up on a Wednesday, spoke to Roman who knew everything I didn't about what I needed. His service was fantastic, he compared prices for me and explained the difference between different tyres without making me feel stupid for knowing nothing about cars! Slotted me in to get them replaced that Friday which was much quicker than I expected. Dropped the car off and even got offered a lift home/to work. This place just went above and beyond, fixed my headlight for me too and when I picked the car up you could really notice the difference! Shout out as well to the lady at the reception doing all the invoices and appointments, absolutely lovely service and told us all the services they could offer us going forward. At no point did I feel pressured into something or like I was being taken advantage off, real honest work being done to a high quality with all the service you could ask for. Will be bringing my other car in in the near future. Thanks very much everyone who works there, keep up the great work.
