Not a direct client, I am somewhat indirectly on the opposite side of EC in a suit against my insurer. I just have to say the way that Ben explained things to me when I was quite concerned & stressed not understanding the lawsuit was very kind for not being on the “same side”. He didn’t have to even speak with me but he was very professional & friendly. I feel a lot less stressed about the situation after this discussion with Ben!

my first experience after i had a accident and had to deal with a difficult insurer like Auto General.Dale made the whole process smooth and made sure my car was repaired and back with me ahead of schedule.
