Love this store so much and visit it frequently. Although sometimes they don't have what I'm looking for the staff are amazing and tend to go above and beyond to try and find which store does and provide ways to get in touch with the other store. Overall the atmosphere is amazing and friendly definetly recommend going in.

My boys and I and have been shopping here for a few years now, and the staff are always great. They always make us feel welcomed and so helpful too.Lately, I've had the greatest pleasure of dealing with Savannah. Each time I have visited the store, Savannah's always delivered excellent customer service! Shes always so bright, bubbly, friendly and so patient with me when I ask questions about certain gaming devices ( as I have no clue about it all ). Very helpful bubbly young lady served me today, only wanted to put some money on a pre-order, but nothing was too much trouble. Have seen her before at the Canelands store also, very happy and friendly staff member, look after that one EB Games...she will climb the ladder for sure!

Staff where lovely nothing wrong about that. But when u go to buy a 2nd hand controller (only because they had no new ones) you expect the bloody thing to work properly such a joke
