All the staff at Moor Room SS, are fantastic & will go the extra to help you out. The premersis are top notch, 24hour access, alarmed, clean & tidy. But be warned with the 24 hour access, you will find yourself still there at 3am asking yourself what the hell your still doing stacking boxes?

Lovely customer service. Great security and it's safe. You can select different sizes of storage units. And they have pretty decent pricing compared to other competitors I read up on. You get 24/7 access to your storage unit.

I witnessed one of their drivers committing an act of extreme road rage. He deliberately swerved at a cyclist and ran him off the road, driving him up onto the gutter. Had his window wound down screaming as he did it. It was a miracle the cyclist wasn't killed. When I called them to speak to a manager, the same driver coincidentally answered the phone. He assumed I was the cyclist calling to complain and started abusing me with foul language and then hung up on me.

Have stored furniture and household good in Frankston for approximately 3 years whilst downsizing and relocation to new house. Have used several different units in storage facility over this time. Staff very accomodating finding suitable storage unit for us. Very secure location, spotless, free use of trolleys within facility, 24hr access, alarmed . Gate lift lighting always functioned nothing ever broken. The only downside is no lighting in the actual unit .
