Went to donate items and the 2 people at the counter were some of the most unfriendly people I've ever met. Can't imagine how they normally treat people who are shopping there.

Severely overpriced since new management, which is awful for a charity shop that is suppose to be selling affordable items to the community. There is currently a chair in the window that is $385! And dresses in there for $25! Unfortunate because the space is great and easy to look around.

I used to find some real gems in here but they've changed the store layout, reduced the things they put out and it's no longer as good. I never really find anything anymore. Super disappointing. Even more so as I've noticed the pricing has increased. It was expensive before, but it is out of control now.

A good range of items but very overpriced, such as a kids t-shirt for $25! I donate here frequently to try and help others out, however I am not sure the others will be able to afford the high prices. Customer service is terrible - the staff look like they don't enjoy the job.

A small Vinnies, I have found some good items but the pricing in this store is ridiculous. The whole point of an op shop is so that clothes wont end up in land fields and the money that is made from the shops to donate to the poor and kids who don't have access to housing or schooling. If Vinnies is a shop to prevent clothes from going to land fields what the point of pricing the items over $60+ dollars and expecting someone to buy it?? I really recommend you lower your prices. I get the clothing items are branded or sometimes even brand new but you don't resell it for what you would find in a normal store. Because this is a THRIFT STORE not a antique store, people could've just sold there new clothing themselves but instead they kindly donated it so they can give the poor an opportunity.

Been shopping here since the 90s and only in the last 2 to 3 years when bric a bric and kitchenwares are way way overpriced. Chinese incomplete dinner set for $200?? A glass jug $30 and etc. an incomplete 18 piece odd set of English china at $190?? the old lady whose doing the pricing is over pricing items. I shop at Vinnies Brookvale now. Way better quality items and prices are fair and realistic. Manager prices items accordingly which is what Burwood store should do. Keep this overpricing up and you’ll loose more and more customers. For the demographic Burwood store is located is way overpriced. The store are Paddington and Darlinghurst is so reasonably priced considering their rent is possibly more.

This is one of my favourite op shops. Easy to find and access, friendly staff and reasonable prices. The quality of goods is also high - I have a good strike rate with finding menswear as seen - Yves Saint Laurent vintage dinner suit, Pringle lambswool sweater and a Philippe Plein shirt. Just splendid!

After reading so many comments about how things there are ridiculously expensive, I am so curious and walked in for a look.Firstly, this store actually do have a lot of mid to high end designer brand. First rack in store, I saw a lee Matthew summer cotton dress. In my view, It’s definitely not a bargain as it priced at $75 and some non charity second hand fashion shop in bondi sell a lee Matthew wool coat for 110. But i won’t say it is a bad deal either.some items priced at really high price I agree with others, a review label dress priced at $45???? (But I have to say review is a really popular brand in ops shop as the regular ops shop I went normally price them at $20-30 while all other dress are like only $10-20) But still able to find some real bargains if the pricing team here not familiar with the brandMost price here is $15-50 with some items go up to 80-100.I also found a lot of ops shop increased the pricing in recent years, maybe that’s just a trend bec of the booming of sustainable fashion and more ppl into recycle fashion now ….
