fantastic selection and kind service! stayed and played some basses for about an hour and a half and felt very accommodated and like i could stay, not like i needed to leave asap which i feel is regular of music stores. wonderful collection of hofner violin style basses which isnt as common as i would hope for. wish i knew the names of the empolyees but thankyou!

I recently purchased a Martin GPC 13E guitar from Echo Tone music store and had an excellent experience.I was particularly impressed with the quality of the Martin GPC 13E guitar that I purchased. It was in perfect condition, and the sound and playability were outstanding. Absolute legends. Have gone there with 2 guitars that won’t work and both times within 5 minutes got em working perfectly. Didn’t charge a dime and didn’t make me feel stupid for what might’ve been an easy fix. Staff are super welcoming and know what they’re doing. 10 stars x

These guys are really on the ball, their customer service is excellent. I had an issue with an online order not being 100% correct when it arrived, but Echo Tone were super efficient in getting the issue sorted - the incorrect order arrived on Friday afternoon, and they had the correct order in my hands by the following Tuesday. Pretty impressive customer service. I was assisted by Justin and he went above and beyond to sort the issue out for me, so bravo to you Echo Tone :-)
