We were recommended to Proslabs to get digital dentures created by Damien & his team.From the moment we walked in to the lab Damien made us feel like he was our friend who cared about getting us the best result possible and working closely with us to ensure we walked away happy and changing our lives forever with new dentures. As my bf lives interstate he would need to fly back to Melb just for the appointments and fittings. Damien went above and beyond to make sure these appointments ran smoothly and organised the dentures to be completed in a short time frame to coincide with the previous teeth to be removed.Rosie who we met at reception and who organised our appointments and couriered the dentures to the hospital in NSW is an absolute legend who is a credit to your company. I love her and she is just brilliant at her job. Thank you for putting up with me haha. She even went to the lengths to call me out of business hours to put my mind at ease when I was freaking out that they teeth hadn’t arrived before the extraction was going ahead. Thank you so much for your incredible customer service!!Nick who took the moulds of the teeth and then wanted to redo them to make sure they were perfect and not going to cause any issues with pain or discomfort we also really appreciate your time and effort into this amazing transformation. Your caring nature is a asset to your company and job! Thank you for showing us the most amazing care and concern.Both of us want you to know that we are so grateful for changing our lives for the better and for the unbelievable care you have shown us doing your jobs but to us it has changed everything.
