I have nothing but high praises for the service I received while looking in the Chermside store. Jack in particular was so lovely and was so professional. The second time a went to the store, to try a ring on again, he knew exactly who I was and new exactly what to show me. Although I didn't find my dream ring in Angus & Coote, I will definitely be shopping at Angus & Coote Chermside again!

Came in to get my watch band replaced. After four weeks without hearing anything, went back in to find my watch was still behind the counter and hadn’t been fixed yet. Was reassured I could collect the next day, and did. Watch band broke off my watch face within two weeks. Went back in and was told because I had lost my receipt (despite signing a lot of paperwork to leave my watch to get repaired, and having my Commonwealth bank app payment statement) that a manager would have to be asked, and I would be called. Was never called. Won’t be back.

We took my wedding ring and engagement ring here to get resized. Both beautiful pieces that my husband had designed and made in Dubai. Both had to go back in for a repair after resizing.. my engagement ring twice. Last time I was told that it wasn't a crack" but it was dirty and just needed to be cleaned and buffed... well now my engagement ring has broken where that crack was and I'm now completely missing a part of my ring now. I will not be going back to Angus and Coote!! Might I add

I had been to another jewellery store nearby at Westfield Chermside, and was met with disinterest. Walked into Angus & Coote and the lovely Michaela (?sp) helped me find just what I needed, despite the fact that I wasn't spending a huge amount and was so indecisive and confused! She changed my day from miserable to tolerable, and I am so appreciative. It's a lovely store and the staff are always helpful.

I made a purchase of a emerald ring and custom made it and paid extra for resizing too. But I am utterly disappointed with the delivered ring. It was not the same. This is a piece of advice for those wanting to buy there, be careful not worth the trouble of dealing with worthless people
