Whilst I've never had a bad experience car related. A staff member (SLEHMAN) at the aitkenvale store has for the third time not scanned my flybuys card. I have never had this problem any where else I go that accepts the flybuys rewards program. I previously have spent thousands of dollars on repairs and for him to deliberately not scan my card recently is disgusting. I will be taking this further.

Fantastic service, very fast turn around. Had a fleet vehicle that simply needed a headlight and a wiper blade and Sam was able to replace them immediately. In and out under 5 minutes. Thanks Sam!

I made a booking for Regas my AIRCON 15 days in advance. They only offer the service on Wednesday. I have to cancel all my appointments to leave the car at 9 in Aitkenvale. When I arrived they warned me that there were 8 people in front of me. I was alone with a baby, I had to spend 2.5 hours on the shopping doing nothing and when I went to check my car it was still there in the same parking spot. You have to improve your customer service and listen to the client prioritizing the customer, there are better ways. You can for example give books every 30 min, so I would not have to go at 9 but yes at 11.30 am and save my time and money as well. The system is ridiculous and for people that don't have to do anything with their time.

I went to the store in January, I was attended by a very polite and friendly guy… I think he was the store manager, kind of short with a mustache.the service on the car was done very quickly and with quality… I recommend this store, great service

My engine light came on and I was worried about travelling long distances and I called on very short notice and they made time to see me! Great service and explained everything that they were doing very clearly so I could understand. 100% recommend booking in for all car related issues and even general service

My check engine light came on on my Mazda 3 09 and they fitted me in the following day (I wasn’t expecting this considering the busy Christmas period), but was so pleased they could. I was worried as I’m about to travel down south so wanted my car mechanically sound. They explained the issue to me well plus checked over my engine for me.So happy with their service!

Incredibly friendly team. The service wasn't on the price list, so they didn't charge me at all. Spend time fixing my problem beyond working hours. I will go back 100%. Great service to Townsville community!
