Yoga High - Caroline Springs
I started at yoga high almost 3 weeks back and have been hooked since then. Cannot pick one favourite class because they are all so amazing. I look forward to going to my class everyday and sometimes do two or even three classes in a day (not kidding). You are missing something if you haven’t joined yoga high yet. Love the place, love the vibe and love all the amazing instructors.

I started my journey with Yoga High a couple of months ago and it has truly been life changing. The studio is a beautiful space full of positive energy and much laughter. The teachers are amazing with a wealth of knowledge and cater for all levels of fitness. I am totally addicted to the high! Love this place!

I joined Yoga High to try to fill a little empty part of my life - not only have these classes help to fill my cup, but its helped me physically, mentally and spiritually. From my first class at Yoga High I was hooked, I was made to feel welcome and I actually wake up each week excited for my next class. I'm so blessed to have met all the amazing people that are a part of the Yoga high community! A+, 5 star

Anne Marie, Mic and the yoga high team have created such a beautiful atmosphere to practice yoga and Pilates. From my first class I have felt very warm and welcomed by the team. The facilities are always clean and the hot rooms are amazing. By far the best hot yoga/Pilates in the western suburbs! Couldn’t recommend this wonderful place enough. The space, the atmosphere is amazing, such talented, friendly and knowledgeable yoga instructors on all things yoga. Variety of classes offered at different times to accommodate everyone. Online booking system is great. I have a new passion for hot yoga now.

The classes were very beginner friendly and the instructors really work with you so you get the most out your workout. Everyone is extremely welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. I would recommend Yoga High to anyone who is looking to try out hot yoga. Not only do I feel like it's helped me better physically, I also feel mentally healthier.

I have been going to yoga high for about 3 weeks now and it has been such a positive and wonderful experience. I attended almost all different classes and the instructors ensured that every exercise has variations for all levels of people to do it. I leave the class each day with immense positive energy and wonderful experience.

I go there for pilates and yoga. I love their reformer pilates and hot flow yoga. The class instructors are really friendly and helpful. They are professionals and help you with your workout. The atmosphere is amazing. Would highly recommend it to everyone.
