Great sevice in the past would normaly say 4 or star 5 review. However today I was served by Jordan. He was impaitent and rude to me also to one of the staff while I was there. Was not helpful with my queeries talking down to me unnessesariIly I can only conclude it might be better if he was at back of shop not front.

Can highly recommend Bill, Cathy and team they are fantastic. Have been their customer for about 10 years. I get a monthly pool service and have purchased all my pool equipment from them with at home demonstration on how to use. Can not thank them enough especially when I have needed emergency repairs due to power failures or general guidance and support.

Top knotch service from a friendly family owned business. Went well and truely above and beyond to ensure all my pool gear was installed correctly and managed to get it in before Christmas break so my family could enjoy it for our break. Don’t go anywhere else for your pool gear.
