Had a PS3 over heating and fan was like a jet plane , brought in to Adam who did a awesome job fixing it for me and was ready to pick up in 3 hours , will definitely be using ace consoles for everything now , they are the best wouldn't recommend any one else

Initial job was to chip a console. That worked fine. I broke the firmware, which he fixed... But something else hardware was broken. He claimed he'd replaced the most likely culprit. Another tech replaced that chip again and the unit works fine now.Communication was so so to reasonable. Wouldn't have found all this out if I hadn't been a blooming idiot myself, hence why he's only docked one star for not diagnosing the final fault properly.

I had an old xbox 360 that wasn't turning on. After doing my due diligence, Al was the only expert in the Brisbane area brave enough to repair this old console - a testament to his knowledge and expertise. He successfully repaired it in under 24 hours and at a fair price. Thanks to him, the family is now able to enjoy the 360 again after all these years! Thanks Al.

My PS4 was really loud whenever I played anything, especially Warzone or MW. Decided to see EB games, but they said they needed 2 weeks for a clean and general check-up. I tried ACE and for pretty much the same price he fixed it within hours. Genuine owner, seems like he really knows what he's doing. My PS4 barely makes any noise now, great service. Thanks Al.

Al is a genuine guy who knows his stuff. He communicated well while handling my request for a button switch to be repaired on an already disassembled New 2DS XL. The repair was swift and well-executed, and the broken part was even salvaged for the job. I'll come back for any repairs I need in the future.
