Booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance because they were so busy. I needed to arrange somebody else to be at the property at that time to meet them. The afternoon before the appointment they send me a text message cancelling the appointment and said they would call me to rearrange.I called them and they said they're just too busy and would call me back the next day to rearrange. They didn't call back.Enjoy the busy period guys because when business gets quiet, your prospects are going to read reviews like this and the phone wont be ringing as much.

Had the technician from MCA come and inspect our property today. Glenneon was amazing. He was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. He gave us an informative and fair appraisal and really helpful advice. Would highly recommend him in particular.Would have given five stars but the booking process wasn't as smooth as it could have been. Good bye mould and thanks Glenneon.

I can't comment on the quality of the work because I have not physically been able to have someone come out to do the work proposed. Multiple rearranged appointments around lockdowns and then your staff can't even answer a phone to reschedule.

Operator was very quick to answer questions and schedule appointments but unfortunately on the day of the appointment, I received technician is not available to attend in the last minute. I got cancelled twice and they did not call be back to reschedule.

We had had first booking for the 7th on November. This got cancelled the night before. We called to make another booking for the 9th. They never showed up and we had to call to be told they cancelled again. We then booked for the 15th (tomorrow) and it just got cancelled AGAIN.
