Beaudesert Collision

My car required repair to back passenger door. many thanks to Stephen G for excellent service re quote, drop off and pick up process. I found the reception staff to be helpful and friendly. To the guys + girls who performed the repairs, I am very happy.

Have never been so disappointed with the service I received from this company. Horrible customer service from the owner himself, never received a call back when promised and couldn't get an explanation on what was happening with my car for the rough 3-4 months they had it. When I did get it back, the panels weren't on properly, loose door handles, screws missing and my leather seats damaged.

The repair of a vehicle after an accident can be testing at the best of time, however this one is the worst experience that I have ever had. (Read on) The vehicle was damaged on 18/8/22. I got the vehicle back on 21/11/22. That’s right folks - 3 months. Why? Put simply! Parts and Tradesman. Now the reasons behind why it took so long to get parts is for another time. However, right now Quality tradesman are hard to come buy. So I’m NOT commenting here on the process as that may be unfair. What I will strongly comment on and review here is the quality of the Workmanship that you receive when you get the vehicle back…. The returned vehicle had been impeccably repaired with maximum attention to detail. The finish is magnificent and is NOT visible as repair from any point. Right now, timely repairs are difficult to obtain anywhere. But what I can say is that you will be happy when the vehicle is finished that it was in the hands of Lisa, Naiomi and the craftsman behind the wall. Many Thanks. You do very good work!

~ DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ~I was warned by another local not to consider using Beaudesert Collision however I thought I would take them in face value & take my car to them for an assessment after a small collision to my vehicle.What a waste of time this was, I had the assessment on the 8th February. Administration said they would send assessment to my insurer. Second last week of March still had no word from them or my insurer so I rang them. Apparently they are very busy & are behind - yes behind by 5 weeks at this stage to simply send the assessment to my insurer!Mid April I had my insurer contacted me asking if I had my assessment carried out with BC - obviously still no communication sent to them.Insurance company suggested another repairer which I have since taken the vehicle to & booking in a repair date - so easy & smooth process & surprise surprise they also had a similar story given to them about Beaudesert Collision.Seems I dodged a bullet here!

Paul and his team are 2nd to none, 5 star service all the way. The quality of their work was impeccable, having had my car fixed on 2 different occasions, both times it came back sparkling fresh. When the insurance company was not wanting to approve part of my claim from an accident, Paul went above and beyond. He sourced me well priced parts to look after me and fix the issue with the best price he could, looking after me when the insurance company let me down. We could not be more appreciative, Thank you again Beaudessert Collision.

I strongly suggest having nothing to do with this place. I am shocked and appalled at the quality of work and obnoxious customer service I received from the owner and his staff. My car was returned to me SERIOUSLY UNROADWORTHY and after stupidly accepting the owners plea to return it to him so he could correct the very major issue, it was again returned in a state which has deteriorated over the space of a few of months to a point in which it now needs further significant repair. How this place is a recommended repairer is beyond me.

Couldn’t even get a simple quote from this business. After waiting and waiting 2 months and being fed lie after lie about how it was coming next week then the week after then the week after. We even drove in to ask what was happening and got even more excuses and promises. Why would anyone bother to use them. When I said I wish I knew it would be this long, I would have gone to another place that was quicker The receptionist decided to tell me on the phone “good luck going anywhere else we have to do everyone else’s work and she had been waiting on quotes for her own car since Easter”. You won’t get it in anywhere” The manager explained how we could either wait or forget the quote. Terrible customer service. She also stated “we are busy and every smash repairs in Queensland is too”. Don’t waste your time taking your vehicle to this place. They couldn’t care less.

Had my car fixed twice with them and I highly recommend going there. Very professional and a perfect service.

Wonderful service. The staff were all lovely and very polite. They did have some issues on waiting on parts but the car was delivered to me later in the evening.Thankyou Jenny Watson

Three weeks ago they inspected the damage. haven't heard from them since.
