Melissa is the best person to do your hair. She is incredible. Colour is perfect Everytime. The other staffs in the shop are so beautiful and sweet I'm very lovely to get along with.

The girl who did my hair was lovely but the result was pretty average. A lot of the foils were done nowhere near my roots so looks like I’ve got 3cm of regrowth after a couple of days. They were also big thick stripes that don’t blend in and the colour is super brassy. There’s essentially one colour where the new bleach was done and then my previous foils. The haircut was also off. Front is way shorter than the back, and one side is longer than the other. Had to get my scissors out at home and even it up. Thought it was a bit steep to pay $200 for barely half a head of foils and a trim.

Great experience. Rosie is a skilled cutter but it seems everyone appreciates the stylists as they are booked out for weeks in advance.

The worst customer service I have ever had. I booked in to have foils and they changed my hair color completely from blonde to brunette. When I complainedthe hairdresser reluctantly tried to lighten it but it didn’t work. I left there very disappointed with the result.I then went to another salon where I spent more money to have my hair bleached back to blonde.I like to support local business but I won’t be recommending them.
