The worst ARB dealership in Victoria. Being the local/closest arb dealership I have tried multiple times to purchase parts and have been treated with arrogance.Best way to use this dealership is to look up the part number yourself off AUS4x4 or ebay and then go in to order. But if your going to that effort, may as well order it from AUS4x4 online.The sale team in this shop have no interest in after sales support, no interest in looking up odd parts to help out customers and would rather recommend to go to other shops intown including TJM. Everything just seams too hard even to supply 6mm air locker hose...From these experiences I have had over the past 12 months, I have learnt to not use ARB Echuca and instead travel the 3hr round trip to Shepperton where they are much more inviting, friendly and nothing is too hard.I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone and the people I have spoken too in regards to ARB Echuca have all had similar experience's and also refuse to use them.Its a real shame and a kick to the ARB name that used to be well known for their customer service.

I wouldn't even give 1 star, if I could have got out of it.

We had good service fitted a bull bar to our isuzu d'max x-terrain did a very neat job .Owner was very friendly and helpful as was the staff a very positive experience would highly recommend this business.

Well , hmmm lve placed a order a few weeks ago . Hopefully it will come in today .I think arb melb need to do something about there communications with other stores email wise. Not good enough.

I had pretty much everything put on my new 2023 Ford Ranger wildtrak. I took my car to SA and my mechanic did a 3000 klm service and said ARB Echuca have done a fantastic job Thanks to ARB Echuca Top Job Appreciate it.
