I visit the store on a weekly basis and have done so for the last 6 years. Being a smaller store, the staff all look familiar, greet me and are always happy to check on an item. I cannot praise them enough.

Always queues at checkouts because they never have on enough staff. Staff look bored and rude when they eventually acknowledge you are there. I would AVOID this place

This is a great store can just about always find what I need at a good price.Regular specials and fantastic range of products.Store is kept well stocked and up to date and clean .Parking is good options of roof top or underground parking.

A mid-size woollies which is convenient. Their fruit and veg always let's them down. Plus lots of stuff always missing from shelves so suggest you go early not to disappoint.

Woolworths Thornleigh is located right next to Dan Murphy's. In my opinion this is a most auspicious pairing. Only trouble is I never know place to go first :)

Whilst doing my weekly shop today, I was looking for long red chilli's, the shelf was empty, I went to a shop assistant named Michael and asked if there were any out back, he went off and after a few minutes came back and said sorry there are none and have been out of stock a few days...I thanks Michael for his help and went about my shopping, about 10 mins later Michael approached me in the deli section and advised that he went nad had another look and found the red chilli's and bouhg the box over to me for me to get what I needed....This is over and beyond.....I hope that Michael gets the recognition for his outstanding Service........ Quick and convenient place to drop in for groceries and they occasionally don’t stock enough vegetables like other Woolies. I did get some off lamb here before even though the due date wasn’t expired yet. Didn’t have my receipt and no Woolies app so they could only refund based on a photo of the label we had to rummage through the garbage to find.

Repeatedly finding off meat every time i go through and the deli lady said no to half kilo of prosciutto because it was 'a lot'. Hot suppressa is mild at best. And layout is basically a joke. Rude incompetent staff. Have literally shown them the 3 day out of date strasburg then come back a week later to see it still there. This has happened multiple times now. This place needs to be closed down until they meet safety standards
