Erin was very responsive both through text messages and mobile. He advised his availability and answered all my questions before the service. He communicated well and took effort to explain what minor service would involve,that he would provide receipt and itemised invoice.His services are reasonably priced too.Upon arrival,he avoided small talk and he asked to be left alone while he worked which was dissappointing for me but fair enough.When asked to put a side cover back on that I removed a day before,he said he could not as it would involve loosening the tank.The service took about 30-40 minutes.It seems like he was solely focused on the minor service and nothing else as far as potential repairs are concerned (even at the owner’s extra expense).I can certainly understand why he would come across arrogant or even rude to some people.I guess it is his character.I am overall satisfied with the service he provided.

Not interested in helping out, only interested in a quick and easy service. Thought I'd give Erin a shot since he was a decently priced mobile mechanic but what a let down. 2 stars for being reasonably priced and not a complete rip off.EDIT (1 star): I serviced my bike just shy of 3 months ago and I have now ran out of brake pads (done maybe 500km - no track days). During or after the major service there was no mention of needing to replace brake pads. Clearly Erin had not checked my bike throughly. This is a genuine safety concern. If I was a new rider I may have thought all was good since I’ve only recently done a major service. Erin, I hope you read this as it is seriously concerning and unacceptable.Thanks for nothing, one extremely disappointed customer.

Erin did a brilliant job on my Yamaha WR250R. He sorted out electrical issues I was having with the bike and attended to other maintenance issues, all of which have the bike running better than ever.Professional, punctual and certainly knows his stuff. Would highly recommend.

I booked Erin in to refill my fork oil, compress the forks and change the handlebar. I had snapped a small part and he was able to find the part number for it without me asking. He finished the job in an hour and half which was quicker than he estimated. Pricing is competitive too. I definitely recommend Erin to anyone.
