Very happy with the Kristall GW20 2023 Electric Folding Fat Bike and the prompt delivery. Unfortunately got a flat tyre after 20 minutes of use and it turned out to be a faulty valve stem rather than a puncture. Still waiting for a new tube to arrive and they are $25 each.

Awesome bike quality parts and well constructed good performance ,only thing is the rear brake makes a rubbing noise ,I’m hoping it’s just the new brakes wearing in otherwise very happy with service and the product

Love the bike, great for the price- I didn’t however receive any type of manual or instructions on how to put it together.When asked they sent through a pdf file within half an hour.Overall a very positive experience.
