Flashy Nails

I had had fake nails removed today and the lady instead of soaking them, ripped my nails off also ripping my natural nails. It was very painful after.As they proceed to cut and rake off the glue the lady then put cream on my hand and told me to wash my hands, as I walked back to the table she said you pay now" I said I wanted nail polished and she turned and said that will take to long to dry. At the end I paid and they changed me $55 for this. I felt so shameful! My nails look awful as well. I won't be going back there again."

Came in to have my nails done, was rudely told to come back in 30mins, came back and they had different women getting their nails done so I had to wait a further 30 minutes. They don't have enough staff on for the amount of clients, the wait is horrendous. The lady that did my nails went between clients and did a bit each time to each of us... not professional at all, just money hungry even though they make people wait. She also made me bleed when the drill bit hacked away at my cuticles. Will not be returning. The place is unsanitary, they use the same equipment on EVERYBODY! they don't adhere to infection control and definitely don't wash their hands between clients. They also don't Interact with clients other then to find out what they want and instead spend the time talking to each other in their mother tongue.

$70 for an acrylic set is a bit much, especially considering the quality of the set I ended up with. The workers were not friendly AT ALL, they did my nails so fast. The lady did some of my nails crooked and they were facing upwards. I recommend you skip this salon and go somewhere that cares about their quality of service and customer satisfaction.

Honestly the worst nail salon in Nowra. Paid $60 for an infill and nail “art” the First Lady had no idea what she was doing but was at least gentle. Second lady started and burnt my fingers with the electric file so many times I kept pulling away but she kept burning me. I asked for snakes on one finger and they were desperately looking for stickers but couldn’t find any so tried to freehand it and they all stood their laughing and carrying on at this poor girl trying to do something she obviously couldn’t do. So unprofessional, unclean and just an awful experience. Their prices are never steady and it was just awful. Will never be returning and I highly suggest giving your business elsewhere in nowra before going near this place

The nails looked nice and the customer service was fine, but within HOURS my shellac nails began peeling off. I had done my nails on a Friday afternoon for a wedding the next day but by the time l got to the wedding 4 out of 5 nails had peeled off. I've never had shellac nails come off so quickly before - within 24hrs! And l hadn't washed the dishes, done any gardening, or basically anything that would shorten the life of the nail polish, it was just pure terrible quality shellac

I don’t ever leave reviews but this place is so bad I have too.I only came here because I was at stocklands and needed an infill, worst decision ever.So I had my infills done 1 week ago here and after 5 days I had a nail fall off, I went back to get it fixed yesterday and it was so rushed, when they finished I noticed it wasn’t smooth and asked them to fix it. It was $7 for 1 nail to be fixed or if you’re paying by card it was $9.. I asked the lady how long these nails are suppose to last because I only had them done 6 days ago and she flat out ignored me. Usually my nails can last up to 3-4 weeks. I had the nail fixed yesterday and now there’s another 2 nails about to fall off and iv noticed some are un-even.Absolutely the worst nail salon I have ever been I can’t believe they still get customers.

This is the worst nail salon I have been to. The service was disgusting. I had my 4 year old daughter walk out crying because they dont care about keeping their customers happy. It takes a special type of person to make a child cry and someone this heartlesss doesn't deserve to deal with people.

Just had a pedicure here. Never again. They did not get any of the dead skin off my feet. My feet were actually in worse condition after my pedicure. When I pointed out all the dead skin still on my feet, they went over my feet lightly with the razor (which the should have done after my feet soaked but never did), but it just roughed it all up, as my feet were no longer soft. Then they told me they couldn't do anything now that the skin on my feet was not soft. There was no massage at all, they didn't turn on the massage chair -had to figure that out myself, and the service was very poor. They basically charged me $40 for some nail polish.
