Sparrow and Fox

I only go to sparrow and fox now to purchase crystals and all the pretty little shiny things we out of the norm and norms love for our collections! I have been purchasing from sparrow and fox for quite a few months now and recently had an issue (nothing to do with them) that my order was not delivered per procedure by the courier company but the team went above and beyond to help me receive my items and reached out to me via email and sms, I really appreciated this as they’re a small business and I thought it would he more stressful than it was as I had never been in that situation before, if you’re looking to purchase from sparrow and fox I would highly recommend as the quality of the products and the customer experience is a 10/10!Sending love and light x

Such incredible and prompt service! Got my package within days of ordering from another state and my 1kg+ cluster was packaged safely with no damage. To top it off they left a personalized thank you note and included a small gemstone as a thank you I presume. Will definitely shop again and recommend to friends.

Terrible company do not recommend! Poor quality products and when returned no refund was given, this is a scam company, beware of ordering here. The bracelets I sent back were faulty along with other items purchased. Lauren fully accepted my refund for her faulty items and has kept my products after asking me to return these items. Lauren has also deleted my social media messages, where she has agreed to the refund, so that now there is no record of this to access. This is absurd and a scam in itself to do so. I have sent my return postage confirmations so you have received it and your are not honestly owning up to it. It’s not harassment when you have my money kept in your account because you believe it’s a change of mind when in fact they were faulty and the horrible thing is you have probably on sold them to someone else. When you have returned the money owing I am happy to take this review down but until then I don’t think anyone would sleep until they get back the money you are keeping from them. As mentioned that was my child’s present you took away and wouldn’t replace. Not sure how you sleep at night spending my money over Christmas. I was so patient and kind to give you MONTHS to check your warehouse and search for my return. Yes it has been a year since you partially refunded my items, I have sent back everything to you just as you requested and agreed with me to do so. We all have better things to do with our time and would like to put this matter to rest, you should move on on and do what is right to your customers and return the money that is actually mine. It’s not your money to keep. Until then I cannot sleep until you return my hard earned cash such as I have done for your belongings.

So excited to receive my order. I got a bunch of crystals, soaps and a little tower. Arrived quickly and beautifully packaged so that nothing turned up damaged. Would definitely recommend buying from here for great quality and good prices and will def try to get there in person one day ✌

I LOVE SPARROW AND FOX CRYSTALS!!! my go to crystal buying place, they truly never disappoint ever! the crystals and customer service are outstanding. One time i emailed to ask about a crystal name as i had forgotten what it was called and received and informative response minutes later! Highly recommend this crystal shop to everyone, the best crystals in the world in my experience! Thank you so much again Sparrow and Fox Team!!!
