5 stars for customer service... There was a mix-up with the delivery date and my flowers were delivered a day late. The flowers were amazingly beautiful once I received them but what surprised me more was that the delivery person came back within half an hour after delivering my flowers to give me a gorgeous gift of a bottle of organic wine, chocalates and tea! Highly recommend East End Flower Co, they do customer service right!

Got some amazing roses for Valentine's day and they were mind blowing! Everyone that saw them could not believe how lucky I was or the quality of the roses!
