Beauty Genesis Croydon

on Wednesday I walked in to get my nails re done, they were very short with me. The entire interaction with them was rude and it looked like they didn't want to deal with me. I've never been to any nail salon like this. they also charged me different prices every time and it was literally the same nails that I always get done.

Absolutely love Beauty Genesis! The ladies here are so friendly and so professional. Tina does amazing nail art! So glad to have found a place I’m happy to keep going back to!

This is by far the best nail salon I have ever been to. Tina and the ladies who work there are warm, kind and very professional. The studio is always clean. Prices are amazing for what you get. I love this place.

Extremely rushed, my sns manicure was done in 10 minutes and is not worth the $45 charged. There was no care put in, each nail is a different shape, sns is uneven and very thick. The manicure was also painful because they were so rushed and didn't care.

So rude! I have been going here every month for toes and hands for 2+ years despite the constant cold manner of the owner Tina because usually they do very good nails. Today was the last straw though when last time my toe shellac peeled off within days and the finger nails today were too lumpy and thick. I politely voiced my concerns and the response from the staff member was very rude and nearly made me cry! I then spoke to Tina the owner (who saw the way I was spoken to and did nothing) and she did not care and was completely unapologetic that I was not happy. Very disappointing. Will find somewhere else.

Tina and her team are exemplary - offering extremely high quality service. They are polite, friendly, generous with their time and prices and extremely co-operative. Over the past two years they have managed to 'fit' customers in,often working ridiculous hours to accommodate the requirements of the restrictions.I've been so appreciative of the manner in which Tina or one of the team will advise you of alternative appointments or as on Friday of last week a customer came in with a broken nail and asked Tina if she could fix it - Tina referred to me and as I wasn't in a hurry saw to the other customers nail for no remuneration. We are very fortunate to have a salon such as Beauty Genesis in Croydon - I can thoroughly recommend their service and professionalism. Thank you Tina and team - its a pleasure to visit you I so appreciate your friendly manner and the pleasant environment that you've developed.

Tina is the best I’ve come across! Always uses high quality products and can do anything you ask for. Highly recommend!
