Confidence Speech Pathology Services

I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone looking to receive speech therapy for their child.Was not informed about prices at all until invoiced a large amount for an ‘assessment’ which you do not actually receive a copy of without paying extra.When I asked what I can be doing at home to assist my child was told me blu to get him to look at my mouth when talking. I got more information from a google search and Pinterest then I did from this company.When I asked for a written assessment I was told very rudely that I was sent a service agreement with the prices (which I was not) and that was final.If you are on other wait lists for speech therapy and this company calls, don’t waste your time and money, just stay on a wait list for somewhere else!

If you are lucky enough to get Tina as your speech therapist you will do great, she genuinely cares for her clients and my son is making great progress over past 12months, despite asd level 2/3 & speech delay diagnosis- he is currently 3.5 years old.

Very prompt response, everyone we encountered via phone as well as in person were all warm, kind and supportive. Highly recommend!

Lida has been great with our son. He has gained so much confidence and has come so far in the time he has been doing speech therapy with her.

Firstly the confidence speech pathologist this particular one creates there own rules and policies to cover there own back. I tested positive for covid last week Monday. I wasn't made aware that I had been in contact with anyone positive till Sunday night when contact tracing rang me and stipulated I needed to get tested. I wasn't at a tier 1 location when I caught this virus. And obviously I passed it onto my partner. My partner has now been told that she isn't welcome at the confidence speech pathologist. Is this the most ridiculous thing anyone has ever heard. There's a pandemic and we are being treated like we have a life threatening disease.

My daughter tested positive for COVID and I informed them as soon as I got the results so that they can cancel my appointment. As per the government regulations, we have to self isolate for 7 days. I informed them more than 24 hours prior to the appointment. Apparently I have to pay for that appointment irrespective of the reason as there is a 48 hour cancellation policy.They cancelled one of their appointments (the morning of the appointment) a while ago, for which I took leave to attend. When we cancel, we have to pay. When they cancel, we have to accept it.Very disappointed with their service. Very money-oriented"."
