It’s very obvious the workers don’t care about their job. Always something wrong when I go in here, I love Mexican food so much but I’ve stopped going here because it’s not worth the hassle.

LOVE Zambrero's! Our families favourite take away place! We've got 4 kiddos, aged 4 to 14, and all of them love their burritos. The food is always yummy, the staff are always friendly, one of the girls always remembers us and the order for all 6 people in our family, even the fussy ones, haha. Highly recommend! Not cheap but worth it.

I am giving 5 stars, especially due to the friendliness, caring attitude, and smiling face of one employee, Isabella. Of course, the food was great too, but she made our experience even greater. We went there every evening of our stay at Airlie beach.

I went there seven at night with my father and got a burrito and when it was the vegetable part I said all vegetables except onion and no green chilli " he added onion and made it even more delicious I'm a child BTW if I could I would rate it 13 stars"

Very disappointing. My family and I all ordered dinner tonight and unfortunately the workers are incompetent. Tomato, onion, lettuce, cheese and chips were all left out of my order leaving me with a very plain chicken rice and avocado. The same thing with my partners order and all 5 burritos were cold and needed reheating. Not the first time an order has been stuffed up as our last order was also missing most of the condiments. Not worth your money.

Stingy portions apart from the rice, so ending up with a rice burrito. Would not go here again. Other zambreros I've been too are far superior.

All employees are stingy with the servings, you get a tiny burrito even if it's the manager serving you, how expensive is rice and beans anyway to be that tight haha, I've been to nearly every Zambreros in Queensland, maybe even every Zambreros in the whole Of Australia and this is one of the worst for portion size, there are countless reviews saying the same thing, I live on my Yacht and live around the Whitsundays onboard my yacht and love Zambreros, however I don't come here anymore due to how small of a burrito I get, the whole point of going to get something to eat is to feel satisfied and not have to go and get something else to eat because it wasn't enough ... I might also add, I am a very skinny healthy person who doesn't eat a lot of food, most people who eat here are the same because rice and beans are the healthier option right?

So stingy! Don't order a power bowl because you never get a double meat serving. Such a waste of money just get your own lettuce and beans and put it in a bowl for $16

So stingy! I’ve read dozens of reviews saying the same thing - the servings are shockingly small, and these reviews go on for years….why hasn’t a change been made? It’s the female manager who is extremely stingy whenever I dine here, and now I’m so disappointed I don’t want to even go anymore. Someone needs to report this franchise to head office so it can be rectified and the reputation of the establishment restored. This is unacceptable.
