From the moment i spoke to Andy on the phone i knew i had rung the right company. I have been to a lot of places in Australia and hired many cars but none were as good as Andy's company, absolutely second to none. Andy went out of his way to get me what i wanted , when i wanted it and i could not have been happier. If you find youself in his neck of the woods and you need a car don't hesitate to give him a ring. Great bloke!

Busselton & South West Rent a Car
Where do we start.......We broke down on Bussell highway with 3 kids a car full of suit case and baby gear. Gave Andy a ring and with no hesitation he dropped everything he was doing to pick us up. Andy made the situation we were in less stressful and looked after us above and beyond with the car hire. We highly recommend Andy from rent a car Busselton and South West.If we can give him more stars we would!Absolute legend!!

If I could give Andy and the team 6 stars I would. The customer service is on point, responsive, personable and very very helpful.We received a welcomed complimentary upgrade, the car was in immaculate condition. Check-in was quick and painless. When our plan changed mid booking Andy was only to happy to accommodate us.I highly recommend this car hire business and would happily use them again.

I didn’t want to rent a car just wanted some information on the rooftop tents these guys use and Andy took half an hour out of his day to talk to me on the phone about it and send me photos. Customer service was 10/10 and I wasn’t even spending any money with him. Thanks a lot Andy I’ll be sure to let people know to come see you if they need a car in the southwest!

Busselton & South West Rent a Car
Travelling over from the UK for 2 weeks and needed a car to explore the wineries, beaches and towns near Busselton and Margaret River. Prado I hired from Andy was dropped off clean and in great condition. What made the experience so much smoother and efficient, compared with other rental services I've used, was the personal customer service provided by Andy. As per the reviews below, he went above and beyond, nothing was too much for him and he was a great guide to the region. Would fully recommend and would definitely use again when back in this amazing part of Australia

Busselton & South West Rent a Car
Posting for my husband who had to hire a car while his was being serviced. Andy was extremely professional and very personable. He provided an excellent service. The loan car was a late model and clean. Andy even went the extra mile and helped transfer the shopping into our car at the end. He definitely deserves a five star rating and to be honest, this was the best experience with car hire my husband has ever had. Will definitely use this service again.
