I am a first home buyer and was very happy with Velocity Tuggeranong from my first point of contact. They were very helpful and understanding that I was new and nervous about the process. Our solicitor was Amanda and she was friendly and fun to work with, and made the process easy to understand. She also worked after hours which fit perfectly for consulting her in the evenings after work. She put information in layman's terms which I appreciated and has a great sense of humour. The paralegal Mitchell that assisted also made things very straight forward. I had some trouble calling back the office and would be redirected but email worked best and always got a prompt reply. Thanks so much to Amanda and the whole team!

I don't recommend at all, no communication, rude, un helpful.The week of settlement, my solicitor went on leave and didn't inform me, it took me a day and half of multiple calls to finally get through to someone who could help.Don't waste your money on this lot, I wish I didn't.
