I had to clean the container of mould before I could use it. After I cleaned the container they decided after 6 weeks of trying to get my deposit back took $50.00 as a cleaning fee. Absolutely unprofessional and are thieves as far as I am concerned. Would NOT recommend them at all.

Very Poor Service and poor management;Agreed on a 20ft container in the morning- to then arrive on the same afternoon after travelling a large distance to be told it was now no longer available and a 40ft the only option.Considering the time of afternoon and a full trailer needing to be unloaded quickly there wasn’t many options other than to just get the 40ft and be up sold to a container we did not agree on or need.Will not use or recommend again.HIGHLY recommend MELCO as the best option in town for secure storage with excellent prices and friendly services.

Spoken with a few of the girls at head office and they are an absolute pleasure to deal with. The handy man on site is super helpful and the experience with this company has been all round delightful.
